Schedule C — Premium Subscription Terms

These Premium Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference into the SiteBid Pro Services Agreement. By upgrading to a Premium account, you agree to these additional terms.

1. Scope of Services. Premium subscribers receive enhanced access to the Platform, including:
   • Featured listing placement and search visibility boosts
   • Access to advanced analytics and reporting
   • Eligibility for promotional programs and newsletters
   • Priority customer support
2. Fees. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually, automatically recurring until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except if SiteBid terminates for convenience, in which case a prorated refund may be provided.
3. Conduct. Premium status does not imply endorsement or partnership. Subscriber must not misrepresent Premium as SiteBid’s certification.
4. Marketing. Subscriber grants SiteBid a limited license to feature their listings in promotional placements.
5. Termination. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled with 10 business days’ notice before renewal. SiteBid may suspend or terminate Premium access for non-payment, policy violations, or detrimental conduct.
6. Liability. Premium access is provided as a marketing service only. No guarantee of leads, conversions, or revenue. Liability is limited as set forth in the Pro Services Agreement.
