Response Time and SiteBid’s Role:

If a valid Counter-Notification is received, SiteBid will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, SiteBid may restore the content at its discretion.
Limitation of Liability for Copyright Disputes: SiteBid acts as a neutral platform and does not pre-screen user-submitted content. SiteBid is not responsible for any copyright infringement claims arising from content uploaded by third-party users. By using SiteBid’s platform, users agree to:
