Investors say the buy tier 1 tenant lease? What does that mean?
Asked on March 5, 2025
What is a tier 1 tenant?
Answers to the question:
Tier 1 tenants are co-located spaces, meaning there are at lease two major tenants (At&t, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) at the site.
Tier 2 tenants include one major carrier.
Tier 3 tenants are not a major carrier, such as a local internet provider.
Tier 4 is a vacant or cold steel location.
